At Crist Fragances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Place the fragrance in its original box and ensure it is safely packed in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
